Koco World operates on a pre-booked session basis only during winter. 

All play sessions must be booked online by 8:00pm the day before.
We do not accept walk-ins.

If a session does not reach minimum numbers by 8:00pm the day before, it will be cancelled and that session slot will remain closed.
Bookings cancelled by us will receive a credit to rebook onto another session.
