Koco World Creche service is for children aged 4-12 years old. All children enrolled must be potty trained. All children must follow the rules found on our website, failure to follow the rules may prevent future use of the creche service. Maximum stay at the creche is 2 hours (in line with our play sessions) for one play session a day. Social services will be informed of any child that is left after creche session has ended. A late fee will be added for any late pick up. Abuse of the creche staff or service will result in an immediate pick up required and will prevent your child from any future use of the service. A password is required upon collection of the child, if this can not be provided, you will not be able to collect the child. A sign in document is required to be filled out upon each enrolment of the service, failure to do so will prevent your use of the service. Please note that parents must be contactable through each session for any emergency situations or sickness. Any additional use of the arcade equipment or cafe must be paid for at the point of use, if you are planning on allowing your child to use these facilities, please ensure they have a form of payment method. We are not responsible if a child over-spends on these facilities.
