STAFF MEMBERS WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PARENTS / GUARDIANS
At Koco World, safety and fun go hand-in-hand. To make sure everyone has an out-of-this-world experience, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules.
- Supervision is a must! All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Our team is here to help, but grown-ups are in charge of their little explorers.
- Socks on, shoes off! For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn at all times in the play areas. No bare feet or shoes inside the play zones please.
- Play nice, stay safe! We encourage kindness, sharing and looking out for others. No rough play, pushing or climbing on the outside of the play structures.
- Snack time in the café! Only food and drinks purchased from our Cosmic Café are allowed inside Koco World. And please, no food, drinks or chewing gum is permitted in the play zones.
- Big kids, little kids! Please stick to the areas best suited to your child’s age and ability. The Mini Explorer Area is for toddlers, while the main play structure is for bigger space adventurers.
- Feeling unwell? If your child is unwell, please visit us another day when they’re feeling better – we want to keep Koco World a happy and healthy place for everyone.
- Have fun! Most importantly, enjoy your adventure, explore and play to your heart’s content.
